This is Trafalgar Square, here we see a giant miniature boat in a giant bottle.
Another self-taken photo! No one is getting my camera!
Real kids on metal lions.
Caitlin in front of the National Gallery. Nothing too famous in there but check it out if you like: http://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/
The sign says that not to bother the guy on the horse, thanks.
A memorial by Downing Street for the Women of World War II. Good job, ladies!
Big Ben and some big smiles. We love London!
This is the London Eye. In england Ferris Wheels are called eyes and visa versa.
A closer look at Big Ben.
Parliament is in the background.
Here we are at a park new Buckingham Palace.
In front of the Queen's modest home.
The Queen's gardens!
Lots of artifacts at the British Museum, none of them are from England.
Venus. Looking good.
Caitlin with a Homeric Hero!
Babylonian Wall. They just took this and brought it home. Nice work, thieves.
Part of the Parthenon of ancient Greece.
At the Globe Theater to see Dr. Faustus with our hosts Ian and Nuala! These two are our best friends in all of the UK!
Faustus' desk and skull. He sold his soul to Satan so could get grapes from ladies' underwear. Not kidding.
What a cool play! No photos allowed.
No explanation necessary.
Right under the Eifel tower.
France has a lot of statues!
I can hear the ocean! The Sienne is in the background.
A centaur stealing a maiden!
The minotaur is saved by some pigeons.

Madrid and Barcelona!
We moved accommodations in San Sebastian for our last two days, it was a cool hostel right in the center of the city with a great view of the beach:
Then, we spent two days in Madrid
the highlight of Madrid was definitely the Prado museum, but unfortunately they don't let you take pictures in there so you will all just have to go there and see it for yourself! The most important works of Brian's favorite artist, Goya, are there so he was elated to go.
After a long bus ride to Barcelona with some very misbehaved children sitting in front of us, we finally arrived in Barcelona! Here are some pics of Sagrada Familia, which we went to see today. Truly, it is the most stunning cathedral I've ever been in and I've seen most of the world's most famous (and it isn't even finished yet!)
After the Cathedral we had a delicious lunch and Brian got an extrodinarily large beer :)
Here we are in front of Barcelona's Arc D'Triumph
The tap water here is gross so we have to drink only bottled water. We got a big one!

San Sebastian: This Place is Freaking Amazing!
We got burned at the beach and loved every minute of it. "The best city beach in Europe" according to Lonely Planet.
Caitlin made us a Spanish dinner in our posh apartment in Ibaeta.
The Aquarium was all underwater. Later we ate some of the animals that we saw. jk.
Sharks, eels, and sting rays. oh my.
Caitlin is always tempting fate. That shark was nine feet long.
Not too sharp, right?
We found Nemo!
Caitlin fired this cannon on accident, you probably heard about it on the news. RIP Bonea neighborhood.
Nobody was at church on sunday. The topless beach was just too much fun.
Caitlin is in jail for firing Napoleon's cannon.
An American guy took this picture.
Very top right of this photo is where our apartment is.
This castle was destroyed when lightening struck a depot of gunpowder. Spaniards don't care too much for safety.
We still have two nights in SS and then it's on to Madrid, where it is hot as hell and there are no beaches. Why are we leaving SS again? Before we leave I will post some pictures of the small appetizers that they call pinxtos (peen-chos). They are amazing but Caitlin can't eat them cause they are all served on bread. Que triste! :( But don't fret. I ate her share!
Hasta luego!
