3 days of travel and we arrived safe and sound!

On Wednesday we boarded a plane, we got off of a plane on Thursday and later that day we boarded a train, we got off of the train today and walked across the entirety of San Sebastian. Finally, here we are in our modern apartment in Basque Country!

We did get a chance to see a little bit of Paris before we boarded our night train to San Sebastian.

First Class Luxury

It's 4:14 and we are on our plane, about to take off for Iceland and then on to Paris. We were upgraded to first class for free due to a friendly agent. It didn't hurt that I told her that it was our honeymoon (Good advice, Pat). Leigh also gave us some killer advice regarding photography that I think will make this trip 10x more memorable.   Two smart dads! We are lucky people!

Packing up the wedding and strapping on the back-packs!

It has been an insane couple of weeks but we are finally ready to say adios to the Americas and head across the pond. We will land in Paris on the 27th and then we get on a train to San Sebastian This city is known as the gastronomic capitol of Europe, at the moment. We look forward to using the generous gifts that we received from our friends and family to taste some of the world's best food

We happily remember the best night of our lives as we look forward to the trip of the century!

Brian and Caitlin's Big European Adventure Blog!

Hola, Bonjour, and Hello! The first thing we want to say is thanks to Pat and Patty Everett for taking on our dogs, Lily and Alex, as wards for a few weeks while we slip away for our trip.
